There are many categories of investors, we will refer to two categories Long-term and short Trader, they are two categories that of course we can do both at the same time, let's see a little more about these categories.
Long term investor
The long-term investor usually finds small value stocks and ait burns the money in for too long either if a stock has fallen enough then he buys at a very good point and sells when he gets to the point he wants, this can take days or months or even years.
Instant Trader

But along with that we need to know first whether we are in an uptrend or a downtrend.
What is the trend.
The trend is divided into three categories uptrend, downtrend, downtrend, what we are interested in is finding the trend and knowing what to do, i.e. when a stock is falling what we need to find is a good point to buy with DCA.
When we see a downward trend it is good to stay out of the market because the stock does not know where to move and there is uncertainty.
At the end of the upward trend, if we have taken a good position, we see how the stock moves and wait for the targets it has set before to buy again as much as possible at the best level we can.
