Table of Contents
What is Hyperliquid?
Hyperliquid is a decentralized exchange (DEX) perpetual futures and spot trading, built on its own Layer-1 blockchain.
It was launched in 2022 by a team of crypto market-making experts (formerly Chameleon Trading), with leaders like Jeff Yan.
Its goal is to solve the classic problems of DEXs, such as slow transactions and high fees, offering an experience similar to centralized exchanges like Binance or Bybit, but with full personal custody (non-custodial) funds in your wallet.
Let me now show you how to register with Hyperliquid.
How to register with Hyperliquid
Initially in order to you register with Hyperliquid should you register from the link here.
and then it will take you to the home page to you connect.

Immediately after that you will have to register with a web3 wallet but you can also send it by email and it will put you directly on the platform.

How to make a deposit at Hyperliquid
First of all, to do deposit at Hyperliquid you should have downloaded the metamask wallet, now if you don't know how to download it I have written a Detailed step-by-step guide to metamask.
After you have successfully downloaded and installed the arbitrum network on metamask, you will need to transfer Ethereum to metamask wallet from an exchange but with Arbitrum network If you transfer them to another network, the process will not be possible.
Now you will go to the Bybit exchange for example and do Withdraw Ethereum that you want in his wallet metamask and you will choose a transport network Arbitum.

You will enter the address from Metamask into your wallet and the ethereum will arrive within 2 minutes.
Now that the Ethereum has arrived in the wallet at arbitrum network you will go to the swap and convert Ethereum to USDC.
Be careful not to swap all Ethereum Keep some money, about $3, for the fees you will need.

Finally, to complete the deposit to Hyperliquid you will need to press the button deposit.

There you will choose the Asset USDC, Deposit chain Arbitrum and you will put in the money you want and I will press the deposit button and I will transfer 44.15 USDC.

And in a few seconds the money will be in your account.
How to do Future trading
First, you need to know the basics to start Futures trading.
- Isolated: It is a way of managing funds where you have a separate amount for each position. It limits the risk, as only this amount is at risk in the event of liquidation. For example, if you put $100 in a BTC trade, only this $100 is affected, not your entire wallet.
- Leverage: Allows you to borrow funds for larger trades. For example, with 10x leverage and $100, you control $1000. It magnifies both profits and losses. In Hyperliquid, up to 50x is supported for perpetuals, with the risk of liquidation if the market moves against you.
- Market Order: Buy/sell order at the current market price. Executed immediately, ideal for quick moves.
- Limit Order: A buy/sell order at a specific price you set. It is only executed when the market reaches that price. It offers price control but may not be executed if the price is not reached.
- Stop Loss (SL): An order that automatically closes a trade when the price reaches a predetermined stop loss level. It protects against large losses, especially in volatile markets or with high leverage. For example, if BTC purchases at $60,000 with a stop loss at $58,000, the trade closes if the price falls there, limiting the loss.
- Take Profit (TP): An order that automatically closes a trade when the price reaches a predetermined profit level. It allows you to lock in profits without constantly monitoring the market. For example, if you buy BTC at $60,000 with a take profit at $62,000, the trade closes when the price reaches that level, locking in the profit.

Then you will put the money you want in the size and press place order button and the transaction will be opened for you.
What you should know is that for every trade you take, you will have to risk the 3% of your account.
How to Withdraw
To do withdraw The process is very easy.
You will press it. withdraw button you will choose USDC and you will choose the Arbitrum network and put the money you want to transfer
and within 5 minutes the money will arrive in your metamask.
