What is PPC stock?
The Public Electricity Company, better known by the initials PPC, is a Greek public company producing and supplying electricity and trading natural gas, one of the largest in Greece. It employs approximately 17.500 workers and accounts for approximately 62% of the total turnover of the electricity, natural gas and water supply sector in the country. Since the end of 2000, it has been operating as an anonymous company and is listed on the Athens and London stock exchanges. It maintains 72,58%, according to DEDDIE data, of the market share.[7]
